Hila Initiative is a women-led, volunteer-powered nonprofit providing accessible online education, cultural

exchange, mentorship, and skills pathways to young women in Afghanistan. We help students build confidence,

For many students, access to education depends on having reliable internet and a working device. Hila provides monthly internet credits and replaces inoperable mobile phones when needed, ensuring that financial and technical barriers do not prevent students from participating.
