Hila Program Requirements

Candidates must:


  • Be an Afghan women residing in Afghanistan
  • Be 18 years old or older 
  • Hold a high school diploma or be able to provide proof of university enrollment 
  • Have reliable access to the internet and an electronic device (smartphone, tablet, laptop)
  • Be able to download and use the Signal application on their device
