Hila Program Requirements

Candidates must:


  • Be an Afghan women residing in Afghanistan
  • Be 18 years old or older 
  • Hold a high school diploma; university student card, diploma or transcripts
  • Have access to Internet, an electronic device (phone, tablet or laptop)
  • Download Signal application on their device
